2.4 Blocksize has an Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy which is observed by all staff members, and which we expect third party service providers to abide by. Blocksize makes every effort to avoid using third parties and intermediaries who engage in unethical practices which would be prohibited under any applicable laws.

4. ANTI-MONEY LAUNDERING POLICIES AND PROCEDURES
4.1 We adhere to robust anti-money laundering (AML) policies which are based on the highest standards required in the jurisdictions in which we operate. We conduct client due diligence enquiries on each new client and persons connected with them along with ongoing monitoring of existing clients. Where necessary for these purposes, we seek relevant information from third party data suppliers. Where individuals have supplied personal data for this purpose we will only use it for that purpose and will keep it only as long as the relevant AML and data protection legislation requires.
4.2 Blocksize also has internal procedures to ensure that any suspicions of money laundering are reported to the appropriate authorities where there is an obligation to do so. Lawyers and other relevant staff are provided with training on these issues.

6. SLAVERY AND HUMAN TRAFFICKING
6.1 Blocksize opposes all forms of slavery and human trafficking, and is committed to ensuring that these do not occur in its business or in its supply chains.

7.1 Blocksize has professional indemnity insurance cover in place, which is in excess of any local compulsory requirements.
